Good question. Some legal stuff is supposed to go here but I don't have any. You book with us and we will come and get you. If for whatever reason we miss your pick we are really sorry. And I regret any inconvenience this might cause you but we do not offer any compensation.
If you prepaid an airport transfer, if we made a mistake we will certainly refund it.
This bit is important though: If you prepaid a big trip, like a river cruise transfer or a 5 day trip around Europe or a big event in Prague and you decide to cancel that is fine but we are going to keep some of your money because we may have turned down other work to do your transport - I hope you understand. I must say we are really flexible and do out best to avoid doing this but it is only fair.

Within 24 hours of the start of the period of hire.....................90%

For corporate conferences etc "no shows" are paid in full.
Buses
Buses are in very short supply in Prague. Must be paid in full at least 5 days in advance and there is no refund if you cancel, even if you rebook. I am sorry about this, I do not have any buses and this is the cancellation policy in Prague now.
